Teens who read books less likely to suffer from depression

A recently released US study has found that teenagers who excessively listen to music are more likely to suffer from depression than those who enjoy other activities. The study compared six types of media - film and television, video games, music, internet, magazines and newspapers, and books. The results showed that teens who preferred books were far less likely to be depressed than the other groups. Get the full story from The Independent.
